1961-1986

Resided mostly in New Hampshire with the exception of two years in Amherst, MA.  Resided in New London, NH during my children's school age years.  Daughter  Erika Rannisto Simon lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband Jeff and newborn baby girl, Stella Rae.   Son -  Kristian Rannisto lives in North Conway, NH.

Worked for West Central NH Community Mental Health as an administrator. 

1985            

Accepted a position as Director of Lyon Brook Condominium Assoc. in New London, NH ( a condominium for the elderly with limited support services).

1986

Moved to Naples, FL where I married my husband, Orville W. Forte, Jr. (Junie).  During my first eight years in Naples it was my privilege to serve as director and chairperson of the Community Foundation of Collier County.  Since then I have been involved in Planned Parenthood and Hospice as a volunteer.

Junie and I have had a busy life of community involvement, golf, fishing ( in Florida, and Montana in the fall), skiing until last year when the snow boarders finally drove us off the slopes, canoeing, kayaking, and just enjoying the natural Florida that I have learned to love.  After many years of summering in our Marion, MA home, we decided to live full time in Naples.  We spend a few weeks each summer in New London, NH and out west fishing.  Other than that we are here to face the hurricanes.
